There were many MB themed cues at the time - upright grilles, the hood ornaments, some cladding. Amusing how it would come full circle another 10-15 years later with the “merger of equals”.

I like the K-car. With the 2.2 engine and an automatic, I could get 35 mpg. Underpowered, stodgy, malaisical, dependable, economical.
